EP 4: WHAT IS LOVE? (OH, BABY, DON'T HURT ME, NO MORE)
Over the last few weeks, the question “What is love?” kept surfacing in my space, and when someone asked me directly, I realized I didn’t have a ready answer. So, I reflected on it. In this episode, I explore love as a noun and love as a verb. For me, love is home. Not a place — a feeling. Safety. Calm. Belonging. A space where you don’t perform, don’t tiptoe, don’t brace yourself, and don’t shrink, a space where your nervous system can finally rest. I also share reflections, personal experiences, and insights inspired by Matthew Hussey’s work, and why choosing each other matters more than idealizing each other. If love isn’t home, it’s not love. As always, I’d love to hear your definition.
