Why some businesses attract and grow effortlessly while others stall and close, using Nokia and BlackBerry as case studies. The difference is not strategy. It is energy.

8. The 9-competency action plan
A practical framework for analysing any idea, project, or goal through all nine competencies before you invest time and money into it. The tool you will use for every decision after this workshop.

9. Your CV decoded
How your date of birth generates a professional profile: your cognitive strengths, your leadership style, your most natural competencies, and the qualities that are already coded into you — whether you have been using them or not.

Bonus: Relationship platforms
The three models of relationship that exist between a man and a woman, the nine areas through which recognition and coverage operate, and what it means for the energy of your relationship when one or more of those areas is missing. Includes a self-assessment exercise you can do alone or with a partner.
