A Prayer to Receive is a recorded prayer-meditation for anyone ready to release the belief that love and abundance must be earned. It's an invitation to stop proving, stop repaying, and simply open — to sit in stillness and let yourself be filled without guilt, without resistance, without immediately giving it all away.

This is for you if you're the giver, the helper, the one everyone leans on — and you've quietly forgotten how to receive.

The text of the prayer:

Creator/Universe,

I come before You today not to give, not to earn, not to prove my worth, but simply to receive.

I acknowledge that I have spent so much of my life believing that I must give in order to be loved.

Today, I ask You to help me release that belief from every cell of my being, from my DNA, from all levels and layers of my existence, and across all timelines.

I am ready to receive Your love—not because of what I do, not because of what I give, but because of who I am.

Help me open my vessel.

Help me trust that I am enough.

Help me sit in stillness and let Your Light pour into me without resistance, without guilt, and without feeling the need to immediately give it away or repay it.

Teach me what it feels like to be filled first.

I am transforming my belief that I must earn love and abundance through giving.

I am becoming someone who receives fully and without guilt.

Abundance is my birthright.

I know that the more I receive from You, the more I will have to genuinely share with others—not from lack, not from fear, not from the need for approval, but from true abundance.

I am ready, Creator/Universe.

I am open.
